Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington

I originally wrote a very negative review regarding Stevenson Hendrick and their inability to fix my 2015 Civic. While I was adamant in my belief that I had been wronged, it has become more apparent th Stevenson Hendrick and their inability to fix my 2015 Civic. While I was adamant in my belief that I had been wronged, it has become more apparent that Honda is to blame for the nightmare I have been going through for the past five months. It is unfortunate that it took that amount of time and a truly damning review to get any attention to the situation that Honda's long term part unavailability has caused. However, while Honda continues to avoid responsibility, Stevenson Hendrick has listened and offered to provide transportation. I'm only disappointed that it took so long. I hope that through the remainder of this ongoing repair process that some of my shattered trust can be rebuilt. More
