Gary Oneal was very polite and considerate while helping me get my cut tire exchanged for a new one. I had only owned my Honda Odyssey a week, when my tire was cut by something that a State highway mower t me get my cut tire exchanged for a new one. I'm not sure whether that would have been covered, if I had not purchased a tire(road) warranty from Shankha Dandapat the day that I bought my van. He was very good at explaining the various plans.
