Both Mike and Kenny made us feel very welcomed and their humor put us at ease. We worked for a long time trying to get to a price that felt good to us and eventually we got there. We love our Fit and are thankful that we had such a pleasant and enjoyable first car purchasing experience! More

Waste of my time Don't go unless you have hours you want to spend there. Nice people, but poor process. I went there for 3 visits, but I never got a price for any vehicle. Many times I would wait at the desk, thinking I was going to get a price of a vehicle and I never received one. Eventually after waiting with my family for over 10 minutes on the third visit without any interaction we got up and left and told the salesperson and the manager that we were going elsewhere. Another way they waste you time, is their cars are poorly laid out without knowing where the keys are located. I spent 5+ minutes with the salesperson looking through a plastic bin for the keys to find two keys for two Accord models that I wanted to look at. They had at least 40 Accord keys in one bin. Poor organization. Probably never go there again. Heard issues about them from neighbor and I should have listened. More

We arrived before business opened just to look around and after looking Jeffery came to see if we needed any assistance and if he could help. When we told him what we were considering he led us to what we were looking for. He had us to come in to the building so we could kinda of cool off and look at some list of the inventory. After looking and changing our minds a few times, Jeffery would take us out to look at other vechicles and then finally we went to Parkway to pick up what we decided on. Every one was so nice and would come talk to us while Jeffery was getting us new information. And after we were getting our new 2015 CRV detailed Pat the General manager came to congratulate us. The adventure of buying a new vechicle was not a pain because we had such concerened people like Jeffery and Brent Wells who took the time to make our visit there unstressful. We were there for about 6 hours and they took time to make sure we were satisifed and happy with our purchase before we left. Don't take their word on it. Stevenson Honda Acura of Wilmington touts that, "If it has our name on it, you have our word on it. Both in our 70's, my wife and I have been leasing Stevenson Honda Acura of Wilmington touts that, "If it has our name on it, you have our word on it. Both in our 70's, my wife and I have been leasing from this dealership for over 23 years. We trusted their word and intended to continue doing business with them. Until our last purchase, that is!!! Since we are on a fixed income, we could afford monthly payments of under $150. Our salesman asked his manager if I could drive dealer trades to pay the monthly payments of a used 2009 Honda Fit. The manager not only agreed, but told us that "Our drivers make between $800 and $1,000 per month, easily paying off the loan in less than 2 years. At the end of the first year, I had made only $1,450. Upon complaining to the general manager, my wife and I were told that Stevenson would take back the Fit and lease us a Honda Civic at an affordable monthly rate. After spending over 2 hours at the dealership, even test driving a Civic, we were told that they couldn't make the deal and offered me more dealer trade jobs. Why would I accept that offer when I already had their "word" on it and it didn't happen as offered? I tried to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the GM, but he flatly denied any of my suggestions. After checking the Blue Book and Edmunds value for the 2009 Fit, I realized that the price Stevenson charged me was grossly over the fair market value. On the rare occasions that I drove dealer trades I got a candid observation of the inside behavior of the dealership. I was not at all impressed!!! Disrespectful, neglectful, disorganized. More
