Our salesperson Virgil and his trainee Don were friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the technical aspects of the vehicle and helped my wife input her personal settings into the SUV. Mike, in the business department, made the leasing process easy and painless while explaining each step. I highly recommend Stevenson Honda for your next vehicle purchase. More

Purchased a new HRV from a GREAT SALESMAN Christian Jones is a topnotch salesman! My husband and I were interested in either a new or slightly used HRV, after driving CRVs for the last fiftee Christian Jones is a topnotch salesman! My husband and I were interested in either a new or slightly used HRV, after driving CRVs for the last fifteen years. We wanted a smaller version of the CRV. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and explained the differences to us. We then took a few HRVs for a test drive. I was very impressed with his patience as we were trying to make a decision. Hondas sell themselves, and I instantly loved the HRV, but we were also sold on Christian for making our purchasing experience so pleasant. I would highly recommend him for his high level of professionalism and service. He was persistent without being pushy, mannerly and polite without being insincere. He has earned my loyalty, and I know I will purchase another Honda from him in the future. The staff is friendly, and the manager, Matt Banning, very helpful and pleasant as well. Car searching and buying is not one of our favorite "to do items," due to the usual stress and pressure that is involved in the process. However, armed with our research and spreadsheet, we walked into Stevenson's Honda in search for the "perfect" SUV!Thanks to the knowledgeable Craig Hales and Anthony Schambers, who addressed all of our concerns and questions and provided detailed explanations of the many features, the process was made easy. Craig, Anthony, and Matt Banning (Sales manager) were professional yet personable, patient and understanding of our wants and trepidation of the process. Not only was the sales team terrific, but also Mike Mascavage, the Business Manager! Not only by guiding us through the purchasing process, but by thoroughly explaining the various warranty plans. This is our third car that we purchased there and we consulted Chad Brown for his opinion on the last two cars. He exemplifies great customer service every time that we have contacted him. We were very pleased with our salesman, Ryan Gause. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very patient. My wife had to have a red Honda Fit, and Ryan was able to make her happy. HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE! Lastly we met Uber Hernaderez in Finance. Uber was extremely helpful, gave us all of our options, but was not pushy. After he was almost done with the paperwork, my wife decided she also wanted her name on the title. Even though he had to do the paperwork all over again, he was extremely courteous and we were extremely satisfied with the entire process at Stevenson Honda. More
