I was there to get a couple of quotes as to make an educated purchase and do some comparison with other car dealers. The floor manager was incompetent and unable to provide a proper quote. A hand written amount $$$$$ with a +++ on a yellow note pad paper is NOT by any means a professional quote. Maybe tax, title, license and any other fees that might apply on a print out will be helpful and professional, note worth of a reliable car dealership, thank you for making my choice to purchase a vehicle where else easier. I thought it was a bit low so I called back to make sure, and asked was that for front and back, I was told yes it was. I don’t remember who I spoke with at the time so I brought my truck in and didn’t look for a cheaper price as they have always been fair in the past. When o got here I confirmed that a complete brake job was 229 with the rotors being turned with my service coordinator. I was then told that my truck needed brakes front and back, and that it was 229 per axel. I explained what had happened to the new service coordinator and he told me he couldn’t do it for that price. He did give me a small discount but at this point working the hours I do I am kind of stuck to pay almost double what I expected. More

My husband and I were interested in either a new or slightly used HRV, after driving CRVs for the last fifteen years. We wanted a smaller version of the CRV. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and explained the differences to us. We then took a few HRVs for a test drive. I was very impressed with his patience as we were trying to make a decision. Hondas sell themselves, and I instantly loved the HRV, but we were also sold on Christian for making our purchasing experience so pleasant. I would highly recommend him for his high level of professionalism and service. He was persistent without being pushy, mannerly and polite without being insincere. He has earned my loyalty, and I know I will purchase another Honda from him in the future. The staff is friendly, and the manager, Matt Banning, very helpful and pleasant as well.
