Finally he gave me a full explanation with a choice of options to fix the issue. We have been in Wilmington for less then a week and stopped by Honda in Wilmington after the service department closed. A young man named Stephen Ross went out of his way as he was getting off work on stopped by Honda in Wilmington after the service department closed. A young man named Stephen Ross went out of his way as he was getting off work on Saturday night to help us get our radio working on our older Accord. He researched everything got us locked in and good to go. He went above and beyond for us. While Stephen was trying to reset the fuse for radio a manager by the name of Matt I believe came out to try and help as well. He seemed very rude and unconcerned as his response was you’ll have to set it up with service. Stephen did not take no for an answer and got it figured out for us. We will definitely buy a car from Stephen in next couple months 100%. Great customer service and made it feel like he cared for us not just a sale! Thanks again Stephen! More
