My husband and I contacted Hendrick in regards to purchasing a 2021 Honda Odyssey on Monday, we spoke with Justin (sales) and Matt (mgr) and we could not have asked for an easier buying experience! purchasing a 2021 Honda Odyssey on Monday, we spoke with Justin (sales) and Matt (mgr) and we could not have asked for an easier buying experience! We have purchased several cars from other dealerships in the past and we’ve even been mistreated and wasted loads of time at other dealerships, but Hendrick Honda of Wilmington far exceeded our expectations and ease of buying our new car. They did not have the color I wanted in stock but they made arrangements to get the car quickly allowing only one trip to Wilmington for my family and 3 young children on a school night. The dealership has earned a 10 star review in our family and with three children of upcoming drivers, we will certainly be back!! We still cannot get over how easy it was to buy a car from Hendrick. Totally worth the drive for us. High five to all of the team that helped us make our transition both smooth and comfortable. We purchased a new vehicle in October 2020 and traded-in towards the purchase. The dealer attached our old plate and assured us the registration and title would be mailed. It is now the middle of December a towards the purchase. The dealer attached our old plate and assured us the registration and title would be mailed. It is now the middle of December and the only thing we have received is a letter from the DMV notifying us of a fine and that our registration would be revoked at the end of the year as we reported the trade and sale to our insurance at the time of sale. We had already contacted Stevenson-Hendrick via email and phone in November and told by Henry that the plates were coming and we didn't need to do anything and once again assured us that the plates were coming. We even asked for a temporary plate and told the regular plates would be in the mail. We've now got a new un-insurable 2020 Civic SI that can't be legally driven on the road for fear of being jailed for a misdemeanor. Thanks Stevenson-Hendrick Honda of Wilmington. More
