I went in to Stevenson-Hendrick Honda with a very specific vehicle in mind. After visiting several other dealerships, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the Steven-H specific vehicle in mind. After visiting several other dealerships, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the Steven-Hendrick Honda staff. In particular, Bob Caulder ( our salesman) was extremely patient and helpful as we worked through the entirety of their used inventory. When nothing seemed to spark our interest, Bob went the extra mile to see what trade-in inventory had just arrived that day, which ended in us finding the perfect family vehicle at the perfect price. Yes, I understand this is their job, however, at no point did my wife or I feel pressured in to purchasing any vehicle or accepting any financing option we weren't 100% confident and comfortable with. On top of this treatment, the facilities at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda are state-of-the art, to include both their servicing and maintenance bays. You can tell the entire staff at Honda has their stuff together and they will be receiving all of my future car buying and maintenance business. Thank you. More
