Had a a strange no-start/sometime-start with my 2017 CRV, and managed to drive to the dealership. John Williams took my case and diagnosed the problem as a failing battery. after calling the Acura dealership and getting limited help, I called the Stevenson Honda dealer (my Acura is basically a Honda as we all know). Explained that I was going on a trip and needed A12 service help, I called the Stevenson Honda dealer (my Acura is basically a Honda as we all know). Explained that I was going on a trip and needed A12 service. He found a spot today and viola, in and out and ready for the road trip...Cooper was my service guy and did a perfect job, plus I got the one on one tour of the new place.
