I had bad experience before when getting service done to my van. It's been a couple of times I needed a loaner car and never able to get one. The service advisor I originally had wasn't pleasant to work wi my van. It's been a couple of times I needed a loaner car and never able to get one. The service advisor I originally had wasn't pleasant to work with at all. I've dealt with dealerships before mainly Leith BMW and never had problems when needing a loaner. I understand I didn't have major problems that would cause for them to have my car half the day or overnight but again dealerships I dealt with before never had this issue. I can understand if I was getting service done every month but it would literally be twice a year. Every since Robert Tate took over and gave me a new service advisor, Nicholas Fesser I've had nothing but the best experience. Took car in at 1:09 for a 1:15 appointment for just an oil change, The lady who took charge of our car received the keys back once the car was finished and parked out in the lot. Only problem was she fo oil change, The lady who took charge of our car received the keys back once the car was finished and parked out in the lot. Only problem was she forgot to tell us the car was finished and we sat for an extra hour before finding this out. No responsibility, no apology for the mistake. No excuse for this! More
