She helped me work through my options and I ended up committing to a Honda - great cars all around! 😊 If you're looking for a smooth and stress-free experience, ask for Autumn. We had a great experience with this dealership overall. We stopped by to test drive a new Civic hybrid with no intentions of buying yet, but after finding a car we liked and having Claude as a great salesm We stopped by to test drive a new Civic hybrid with no intentions of buying yet, but after finding a car we liked and having Claude as a great salesman we ended up trading and buying the same day! Claude was very up front about everything, didn’t try to sell us extras we didn’t want, and was super friendly - the ideal salesman for us really. We even got to do a short tour around the facility and see some cool cars. Only downside of the day was that the finance manager really tried hard to sell us an extended warranty even though we were already getting a 5 year CPO warranty. After we told him four or five times that we didn’t want it, he became much less friendly and just wanted to get us done and out of his office. Overall a great experience and a nice dealership! More
