Alec Whittington was a breath of fresh air. I had been exhausted looking for a vehicle and found this one. It was located a few hours away which was unfortunate -- or so I thought.. The flexibility and patience demonstrated by Alec to support the unorthodox way in which I needed to view and inspect the truck, and then to figure out how to get someone in the area to meet him so that they could test drive it for me-- it was a lot to ask. Once I made the decision to purchase, Alec and his manager worked tirelessly to get everything done so that I could drive to pick it up. They stayed late as I traveled to reach the dealership by closing hours to accommodate my schedule; and up early the next morning with me to address a minor concern I had with a bulb, that was easily taken care of. The ease in which everything came together with the process was certainly evident in Alec's desire to be sure I was satisfied with everything. I am absolutely appreciative of the excellent support and if I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, he's my guy. More
