No idea who that is or why they keep getting mentioned. I did speak with Ron who was friendly and had some good stories. But, I did have a place to be and he told me story after story and took up nearly an hour of which should have taken 10 mins. Additionally, Ron had quite the vocabulary. A lot of xxxxs and xxxxxxxxxxxxx flying out of his mouth. You should probably know your customer better before you start using that language. More

Really disappointed ( This is your product you sell ) We have a 2017 Honda Accord just turned 12000 miles and we started hearing sounds when driving coming from the front drive side tire. When I took it We have a 2017 Honda Accord just turned 12000 miles and we started hearing sounds when driving coming from the front drive side tire. When I took it in they tell me all four rotors are warped and I need new ones. My wife drives 1.0 mile a day to and from work and is way under mileage. Lejeune Honda would not replace these rotors and wanted me to pay. I have lived in Jacksonville NC all my life and bought many cars from them growing up. I have read on many forums with their rotors bending at some an early stage and to be told my the service manager that they have never seen this and that this should be on a car with 100000 miles is a red flag as this is an issue, but I guess not for them. Smooth ride-promises kept Bought my Accord at Lejeune Honda over 8 years ago, purchasing a lifetime wrap around warranty, "just in case". Recently started hearing a humming s Bought my Accord at Lejeune Honda over 8 years ago, purchasing a lifetime wrap around warranty, "just in case". Recently started hearing a humming sound eminating from under my car...first near the front driver wheel, then the right, and then down the center. Thinking it was perhaps a muffler, I took to the Lejeune Honda Service Center on N. Marine Blvd. Their experts informed me that I needed four wheel bearings and a new rack & pinion unit. Not having my warranty with me, my service Advisor, Erica Dobson was able to locate a copy and validate coverage. She provided me a loaner for the duration of the repairs. Due to the hurricane, issues arose with the dilivery of parts. Although home sick, Erica dealt with the issue and informed me of the issue, extended the loaner and once completed promptly notified me my car was ready to go. And then she and the dealership went above and beyond by waiving the inspection and deductable in order to help our with the hurricane issues we were facing. My car now has a like new smooth rides. Thank you for keep your promises and considtently exceeding my expectations. More
