Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here, and I should have known better when booking the appointment to just go somewhere else. When I called the service center at 9am to make an appt to get my ca should have known better when booking the appointment to just go somewhere else. When I called the service center at 9am to make an appt to get my car looked at the woman that booked my appt had an attitude. She also never muted my phone call so while she was “booking” my appt I could hear her sighing dramatically, talking poorly about another customer to her coworker, and also giving an attitude to another coworker. Overall it was a horrible phone call and I should have just cancelled but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I brought my car up Bernardo came out to accept my vehicle. He had 0 customer service skills, I don’t think he smiled once the entire time. When I told him that I had the diagnosis for the car he immediately told me it didn’t matter. Which I understand the need to pay for a diagnosis, but what I didn’t expect was how rude he would be when I told him what I found. Anyway when the car was finished getting checked out around 4 hours later I called him to ask him questions and get clarity on a few things, he was extremely dismissive over the phone, and wouldn’t explain anything to me, even though I repeatedly told him i was confused. I guess I was under the impression that as someone in service he would know more about cars but I guess he just wasn’t knowledgeable enough to explain it to me. I was upset due to not having anything explained to me, and I was being told I needed a fix that would cost me over 2k. My husband then called and spoke with Bernardo and all of the sudden Bernardo switched his tune, he told my husband he would have the tech triple check the car and make sure that exact fix was needed and was explaining things to him more. The blatant misogyny was disgusting to both of us. Once they “triple checked” my car my husband told them I’d be picking up the car. There is no way that I would have my car serviced somewhere, where the worker is blatantly misogynistic and could only give my husband the time of day and treat me like I’m just an inconvenience. When I picked up my car Bernardo was rude to a female worker inside the service department and again had 0 customer service skills again with me. After I paid my diagnostic fee he then handed my car key and said here. I looked at him and said “can you show me where my car is?” Because my car was still parked in the back, he then just pointed behind him to show me where I needed to walk. Another coworker of his walked in and yet again Mr. Bernardo changed his tune and said “I’ll just get it for you” and grabbed my key back to drive it up to the CORRECT area where my car would be picked up. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at Honda, but this dealership has lost my business forever. Beware of the rude and misogynistic service worker named Bernardo. More
I could not have had a better experience buying my 2025 CRV. Patrick was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions and gave input as needed. When I took delivery of my new car, Alex was super friendly while showing me around the vehicle and walking me through its features. Gary was great with my many questions during the paperwork process. The purchase process itself was smooth and streamlined. All very straightforward with no hidden fees-I came in knowing exactly what would happen and left with no surprises. More
