DJ was very helpful in explaining how the vehicle safety system worked with lane assist, which I liked the idea of having on my SUV. After the test drive. DJ sat down and showed me what he could do to put me in the Honda Pilot. Sold! Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I love my new Honda Pilot and highly recommend buying from DJ Walters. When I went to pick up my new car, I also had the pleasure of working with Nick, the Sales Manager, and Charlie who helped me with financing. There was a copy of that day’s paper available to read and free WiFi. One of the managers stopped by and chatted as did one or two of the other staff members. More

Out for a quick buck I noticed a burnt out tail light on my wife’s Honda while leaving the dealership immediately after the service department had charged us for a multipo I noticed a burnt out tail light on my wife’s Honda while leaving the dealership immediately after the service department had charged us for a multipoint inspection. We returned to the dealership to have the light replaced. The service department was initially going to charge us for the inspection and the light. We only had to pay for the inspection in the end, but only after enduring a rude and argumentative service staff. Hopefully, the Honda dealership in Wilmington will treat us better than the one in Jacksonville did because we are done with Lejeune Honda. More
