The A/C has been kind of wimpy on my 2016 CR-V and it turns out it may have been low on refrigerant. It was handled under my warranty and seems to be cooling better now. More

My car is fixed but it was a process getting there I would first like to say that the problem with my car is resolved, and I am pleased with that. It was just more of a process than I think it should h I would first like to say that the problem with my car is resolved, and I am pleased with that. It was just more of a process than I think it should have been to get to that point. When I first took my car in a woman at the desk said a car had just caught on fire while it was being worked on. It didn’t make me feel like it was a good place to leave my car. Then, I was told that I needed to go to another dealership to have someone work on my car because they wouldn’t take my warranty. I called the place Honda recommended and they sent me back to the Honda. I had them explain the plan on the phone to a women at Honda, then she accepted it. I did not receive a call by the time Honda said they would call, so I decided to follow up. They said that my car would not be ready to be picked up until the next day, when they originally said it would be ready that day. The next morning, I went to pick my car up, and I was told my air conditioner had a leak and that they put a dye in it to find the leak. They said I needed to drive it for a bit and bring it back. I drove across the state 2 times and brought it back. When I took it in, I was told they couldn’t see me for my appointment because their system was down. I needed to come back later. (It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know the system was down before I showed up to my appointment...) I made a new appointment and took my car in. When I got it back in, they said they couldn’t find a leak. Not sure how much I trust this place. Rebecca was very friendly during the experience, but I probably won’t be coming back. I understand maybe one or 2 of these things happening but this was a lot for one visit. On the upside, my air conditioner is working. More
