Mislead The Customer I was told I needed a service and I did not. I truly believe this happened to convince me to buy a new car. The same happened to me at another visit I was told I needed a service and I did not. I truly believe this happened to convince me to buy a new car. The same happened to me at another visit. I was told I needed a service and I did not. On both occasions, I checked at another place to be sure. I've always used the dealer for service because, I wanted to make sure my car was serviced by Honda. I know I'm paying more money for the service than anywhere else. I was okay with that because, I wanted service I could depend on. But, if I going to be recommended service I don't need and charged extra to boot, I don't think I'll be visiting the dealer for service any longer. More
Recall and 30k service The estimated time was not discussed and every time I asked I was given soon or 30 more minutes and I was there for almost 4 hours and had to leave an The estimated time was not discussed and every time I asked I was given soon or 30 more minutes and I was there for almost 4 hours and had to leave and bring my vehicle back the next day to finish which was ridiculous. Then my wheels weren’t even aligned and was told they can’t be which is ridiculous as the vehicle is a 2018 and only a year old, so to be told that I would have to buy an expensive part to fully align my wheels is not acceptable. Then even after having the recall done and the 30k miles service they didn’t top off any of the fluids, as I had no windshield wiper fluid when I tried to use it the next day, which make me wonder if any of the work I spent over $900 for was actually done. The only up side is the people are nice. More

Sales This is my first experience with this dealership. I live in Myrtle Beach and found a vehicle online through car guru that was for sale at this dealers This is my first experience with this dealership. I live in Myrtle Beach and found a vehicle online through car guru that was for sale at this dealership. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get here to purchase my vehicle. There are so many issues with this transaction it’s hard to know where to start. First off car gurus had a lower price than what the dealership was quoting me. They did end up fixing the price and I got the vehicle for the car gurus listed price. I couldn’t drive it home because the headlight was busted and you couldn’t see on one side of the car while driving at night. So we had to drive home empty-handed without the vehicle. And then took them three days to get the part get it fixed and get it to me in Myrtle Beach. They were nice enough to drive it to me. But from day one the car has had issues. I personally do not think an actual inspection was performed on this vehicle. I had to replace the front brakes within three weeks of owning it, The dealership said they replace the back brakes but they’re already squeaking. I had to buy myself an antenna because someone took it off and didn’t replace it, I had to have the wiring harness for the radio completely replaced because I had no radio when they delivered it to me. So after about $1200 worth of stuff I need to do to the vehicle you can say I’m not very happy. Unfortunately the sales guy DJ was not open to offering me any kind of help with these situations. He did however agreed to pay for the wiring harness for the radio for the inconvenience. But as I’m sitting here thinking about everything that I’ve had to pay for after purchasing this vehicle that should’ve been completely inspected and the brakes fixed and the radio fixed etc I’m just not happy with the way that the dealership handled it. I should not have to be paying for breaks three weeks after owning the vehicle when it’s not a daily driver. The vehicle should’ve been thoroughly inspected and both the front and the back brakes should’ve been replaced. The radio should’ve been replaced. Would leave me to believe that they never actually did an inspection was at the headlight was busted before we even drove the car. If they actually did an inspection they would’ve noticed that the headlight was broken. Unfortunately we will be Escalating this to the BBB as well as the dealership board for North Carolina. I don’t feel I should have to pay for these bills that I have accrued over the last couple weeks for a vehicle I bought less than a month ago. More
