Would like to see a scheduled oil change not take an hour. Also, already talked with a manager about the key to my Honda Pilot being pulled from the fob and it was in the keyhole of our glovebox. I’m here on vacation and had money locked in the glovebox. Not sure why the key was removed from the Fob as I was only having an oil change. If I was dishonest I could of claimed money was stolen from the glovebox. Fortunately nothing was missing, but I think you need to find out why this happened. Again, overall I was pleased! More

The service writer took care of my needs and he made sure if I needed to go anyplace else he had a driver that would be ready to take me to my destination. Not only did they take care of the issues my car was having they also did my oil change and tire rotation which was actually schedule a couple days later. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to come back to separate days. The service writer make sure he kept me informed of everything that was happening on my car from the start to the end. I really appreciate that and I did not have to worry because I felt that mr.
