Hi, my name is Dena Gates Lejeune Honda Parts & Service Director. I appreciate you speaking so kindly about our staff. Unfortunately, Honda can not perform Acura recalls at this time. Acura will not allow Honda dealerships to perform Recalls or Warranty work unless the customer lives over 100 miles from an Acura dealership. This morning I did speak with Lejeune Honda's Service staff to inform them that we can not do warranty work on Acura vehicles. I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to speak with you if you could please contact me at 910-346-4944. My schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-6pm. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
