My salesman was Rob and when I didn't think I was going to get approved with the situation I h Everyone at Lejeune Honda was so nice and professional. My salesman was Rob and when I didn't think I was going to get approved with the situation I had going on, they were able to work some things out for me and get what I needed and in the price range I needed. We ran into some hiccups with my insurance company but regardless of that situation, both Rob and the dealership were very patient. I highly recommend this dealership! I've never felt so comfortable and not so rushed in trying to get a car as I have in the past with other dealerships. More

Time will Tell I took my 2018 Honda Civic to (another establishment) for an oil change and a state inspection. The mechanic detected a transmission fluid lead at a g I took my 2018 Honda Civic to (another establishment) for an oil change and a state inspection. The mechanic detected a transmission fluid lead at a gasket. The service rep. said I should take my car back to the Honda dealership and have it checked out since my car is still under warranty. The Honda Service Advisor was very nice and said he would get my car looked at as soon as possible. I left my car there and went home. Two and a hlf hours later. The Service Advisor called back to say my car was ready. While the Honda mechanic did see some transmission fluid around the gasket, he said it was normal seeping (crying). Honda is aware of this issue, but it is normal for new cars. He reassured me my car was perfectly safe to drive, and no damagge would result from this " crying." I am not comfortable with any type of transmission fluid leak, but I am putting my faith in Honda's service department..Time will tell if this was well-placed faith. More
