Long wait Two stars because of timeliness. They have an appt system but it still takes over an hour to get a simple oil change. Multiple point inspection is the Two stars because of timeliness. Love my Honda Great service department. TJ helped me get my car figured out. I have over 100k miles, and after the service it sounds new again. TJ made sure I was Great service department. bad paint experience I dropped off my car for it to be painted to repair the damage on the car from the paint chipping (under warranty on 13-14 white odyssey). I was witho I dropped off my car for it to be painted to repair the damage on the car from the paint chipping (under warranty on 13-14 white odyssey). I was without my car for 2 1/2 weeks but your dealership provided me with a car which was great. The people I dealt with in your actual dealership were very accommodating and always nice. Due to family coming into town we were unable to drop the car back off immediately as we needed the extra seating my odyssey provides. During this week we had our car back we also discovered that they installed the rear windshield wiper backwards (during a heavy downpour we learned this when I couldn’t clear my back window). I dropped it off at your dealership again. When my car came back from caliber I picked it up at the dealership and brought it home. Upon further inspection by my husband we saw that where they painted it on the back end it was speckled blue, you can see the flakes where they ripped the tape, and they didn’t paint the WHOLE back hatch as was stated they were going to do on the billing quote. We brought this to the dealerships attention and they were super accommodating with setting up getting it repainted, another loaner car, and even when above and beyond by meeting me at the paint center to get this sorted out.Due to family coming into town we were unable to drop the car back off immediately as we needed the extra seating my odyssey provides. I drop my car off at your Dealership again where again - nothing but pleasant people and very accommodating. About 4 days later I get a call that my car is done again. My husband picks the car up only to review the paint job to see it barely matches the paint on the panels next to the rear hatch . We again drive our car down to caliber where we are met with their employees. You can tell at this time that they aren’t happy that we aren’t happy. I point out the color difference and the one man states that that’s just the way it is because the door is metal and the panels are plastic. I point out that while that may be true we haven’t had the best experience again stating all that was wrong with the car including the fact it wasn’t reassembled properly. I was told ‘Sorry we cannot all be as perfect as you in life and make mistakes’. While I understand that people make mistakes if it is your job to paint a car, returning it to the owner with blue specks, uneven lines and an incomplete job is not a mistake but incompetence. After much back and forth we left having realized we were going to get no where with them as they kept insisting that’s the way car’s paint is supposed to look. Following this visit we also discovered they never hooked back up my car’s rear windshield wiper tube. I understand again, mistakes happen but this is just plain incompetence with no quality control in place. While the dealership itself was great - we were very disappointed with the service we received from caliber collision. From the way we were spoken to to the fact they thought nothing of returning a car they had for almost 3 weeks not assembled and the wrong color. Again - everyone we dealt with in the actual service center was fantastic and very accommodating. They returned calls, listened to my concerns, and even met me at Caliber when we brought it back to show them what was wrong with the car. More
