Continues to improve! The last 2 visits have been great. Oil changes in under an hour. The only thing that bothered me about my last appointment is that I was not made aware the tire rotation was not included with my oil change. After leaving the dealership and realizing that I had paid an extra $20 for it without being asked, I was a little upset. But I will be more conscientious about what exactly goes into my service request next time. More
