We were lied to repeatedly by the salesman. He lead us on that he could give us a price on a vehicle they had in stock. And when we arrived they tried to sell us a different vehicle and told us the vehic on that he could give us a price on a vehicle they had in stock. And when we arrived they tried to sell us a different vehicle and told us the vehicle we wanted had been sold the night before! Very shadey and bait and switch practices. Going elsewhere for a Honda. I was going to send an email to the dealership but since none is listed and I cannot leave work to come into the dealership, this is what I'll use. I purchased a Certified Maintenance Plus (three year serv none is listed and I cannot leave work to come into the dealership, this is what I'll use. I purchased a Certified Maintenance Plus (three year service) plan when I purchased my vehicle. At the time they did a great job of explaining all the things that would be covered and how I would save money. I was told that this plan would cover required service for the next 3 years. Not tires or random bad things happening to my car but, the regular scheduled maintenance. Now I'm being told that is not the case. I am a loyal customer, and usually once I find a good place to get service I continue to use it for all my vehicles. I feel like I was tricked in to buying an over priced under covered service plan. Because of this, I will not be buying my next vehicle at Stevenson Auto Group or getting any more service though them (with the exception of what I have already paid too much for). Bottom line if you could do this to me with a service plan what else are you going to try to get over on me if I use you for anything else. More
No-stress service with integrity! Fred Hargett, Bob Peele (both in sales), Diane Borden (in financing) and Anna (in repair) were so wonderful! On Christmas Eve 2011 our 2003 Honda Odyssey burned through all of the pistons in it's engine. It had many problems because of this. On New Year's Eve 2011 we spent all day here and got a wonderful deal! Everyone worked really really hard and we got the best deal possible. Nobody tried to get anything out of this we just got strait forward service and assistance! We could not POSSIBLY be happier! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We absolutely LOVE our new car! More
