Things have changed drastically since new management arrived We bought a new 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership, because the service department has always treated us with respect; they were honest and fair i We bought a new 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership, because the service department has always treated us with respect; they were honest and fair in dealing with maintenance on our 2006 Honda Civic. However, things have changed, and I mean not in a good way. On 4/20/2015, we took our 2014 Honda Accord in for scheduled oil & filter change and tire rotation. The service consultant (Robbie Castro) greeted me as I walking toward the service area; he obtained the car mileage (14,140); we went in the service area, and - as he started to write up the service order - he said, "We recommend that you use the 'Total Oil System Service and the Fuel Induction Service products to keep your car running smoothly." (These are Justice Brothers Car Care products. The Total Oil System Service cost about $150 and the Fuel Induction Service is about $165.) I asked the service consultant if Honda recommended this, and he was vague in his response. So I called Parker Honda in Morehead City (We bought several Hondas from them over the years.) to see if they if they were pan-handling this stuff as well. Parker Honda's answer was they would not recommend it, because Honda Corp has not recommended it. I declined both Justice Brother products and settled for a basic oil and filter change. After the service was completed and while I was paying bill, I asked the service consultant a few more questions, and found out they recommend an Automatic Transmission Service. (This is also a Justice Brother product for $179 and recommended every 30,000 miles.) When I pressed him about the Total Oil System Service, he said I really didn't need it because I get my oil changed regularly. So what is my complaint? Lejeune Honda Cars - service - isn't as honest or straight forward as they used to be. They now will sell you products you don't need nor are the products recommend by Honda Corp. More

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I had brought my car in after I bought it, and found out that i was sold a car with issues and it fell on me to pay for it. So I got the diagnostic t I had brought my car in after I bought it, and found out that i was sold a car with issues and it fell on me to pay for it. So I got the diagnostic test done and was told what was wrong. About $3000 in costs. So I needed to wait to order my part for inspection because of it alone costing almost $1000. I called honda in august to get a quote on fixing it and also the part number in case I was able to fix it cheaper. Well I learned after I spent almost $800 that the man I talked to read my the wrong part number and literally just read me a 6 instead of a 9!!! when I was freaking out and trying to figure out what was wrong since I spent so much money that I already did NOT have and had only 2 weeks till it had to pass inspection I was told that I was indeed given the wrong part number. Well the moment those words left the service managers (Mr. Raynor) mouth he recoiled and refused to do anything and tried to blame me because I did not pay them the $300 extra for them to fix it when it was their fault in the first place. his words were "if you had paid us to do it then we would have caught our mistake and you would not be in this predicament". NO! If your employee had learned to read I would not be in this predicament!. I was not even worth an apology from him nor the general manager (Mr. Bowen) which they both have laughed at me and were cocky and really rude. Refused to listen and take any responsibility when it was admitted more than once. I ended up having to trade my car in and no NOT at this dealer because it is full of liars and people who cant read a number. I ended up loosing around $3600 on my trade in because of all of this. Thankfully I now have a better car and made by a better company. Toyota!. I will never buy another honda again and that is based on the fact that this dealership in jacksonville, nc has the worst people working for them. I also found of that the man i was working with about all this had lost his job the week prior. So obviously something is going on there. The character of these employees is horrible and when eating your chicken is more important than a customer that you had already admitted to that you messed up and tried to cover it up, well then there is a major problem. You need to reevaluate your team and your manners. I lost so much money when i put my trust in your business and you screwed me over and laughed in my face. Dont trust this dealer, I have sent a complaint up to Honda and better business bureau. Because it is ridiculous. Especially when the general manager tells you he will call you back and you know its a straight up lie. Oh and yes if my husband would have been able to be there I know for a fact I would not have been treated like a stupid little girl, because I was treated like on and It was blatantly obvious! More

I couldn't have been happier with my experience if they'd thrown me a parade when I walked in. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me out because he was just terrific- very personable and friendly. I had a coupon for my oil change but even with the coupon I couldn't believe how little I was paying for the inspection and oil change. I was extremely pleased overall with the entire experience. More
