I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me out because he was just terrific- very personable and friendly. I had a coupon for my oil change but even with the coupon I couldn't believe how little I was paying for the inspection and oil change. I was extremely pleased overall with the entire experience. I had a couple special requests for accessories on the car, and your parts and service people, as well as Nick, accomodated me, while being pleasant, friendly, cheerful and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics from Nick or from Mr. Marshburn, just answers to my questions and information, which is really appreciated. The only (very small) complaint I have is that I had to wait longer than I expected. BUT it was worth it! I love my new CR-V. More
