The whole staff was top rate. Justin the finance guy and Rob the sales manager, both, were honest and fair to work with.....But Coral was the game changer. She proves that being a sweet, nice and down to earth young lady, can sell cars, ( or anything else ) that she wants to. Thank you Coral and everyone involved in my enjoyable experience. PS...love my new Honda Civic. More

Heather Dye was very helpful and the service department was prompt. I was informed that after a more thorough battery test it was indeed a bad battery cell and nothing major. She gave me the cost of a new battery but I wanted to check to see if I still had a warranty on the current battery with Auto Zone. Upon finding out it would benefit me more to get the new battery at LeJeune Honda I then called back and Heather said to come on back and they would take care of it. I think between the 2 visits that day I may have spent about 30 minutes there. Great job to all involved in my visit. Dana Brown More

My husband called prior to our arrival and the wonderful salesman, Ryan, had the car we wanted to look at already pulled up and ready for a test drive. He answered all of our many questions and really seemed sincere and honest with everything he was telling us. We felt as if everyone really cared about our happiness and not just about if they were making a sale or not. We had a great experience and whenever we decide to get another car I'm sure we will be back. More

Heather Dye is always amazing, I can call her last minute and she always will find time to squeeze me in (even when I tend to be a little late for my appointment). She is always super friendly and very helpful when it comes to servicing my car. NEVER TRIES TO SELL ME THINGS I DO NOT NEED!! This is a huge plus compared to other places I have dealt with where an oil change could turn into much much more. I will only deal with two guys working on my car, Ryan and Shaune. Again, amazing staff! They take the time to walk me out and tell me what my problem is/was (I had a slow leaking tire issue for quite some time). There is no grey area or sugar coating, they give it to me straight and tell me what I need or what they can do. Definitely a 5 star worthy staff! I can't express how much help these three employees are whenever I walk through the door with my next problem or service. More

Here's how this went down: I had spent some time this week online (auto-trader, cargurus.com) looking for a used Toyota and had selected the 'great deals' option in my search. One of the cars that came up was a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with only 26K miles and it seemed like one of those 'too good to be true' moments. This morning I called the dealership to check on the car's availability and history and sure enough it was available and truly had only 26K miles on it despite being nearly 5 years old. Rob, the internet manager, said that he would have Ryan pull the car up and to help me when I arrived; approximately 45 minutes later. Sure enough, Ryan was ready and waiting at the door with a freshly washed beautiful red vehicle ready for a test drive. In conversation, he mentioned that he and Rob collaborate closely and are committed to responding quickly to online inquiries as well as attending to phone and walk-in customers. We had a nice test drive; fairly lengthy in comparison to others I've had over time, as Ryan had suggested that we get some highway time as well as backroad and in-town feel for the vehicle. This provided me with some time to feel like I was getting to know the vehicle beyond a quick visual appeal and short road test. Once back at the dealership, it was a no-pressure all the way experience... They responded to all of my questions and worked closely with me to align my budget with their business costs for the vehicle (along with all of those other pesky costs that come with a vehicle purchase). We examined all of the line items and Ryan took my proposal to Rob, who came out to speak with me after just a few minutes. There was none of that 'back and forth' stuff that is legendary with car-buying. (Seriously now, how many hours do car-customers typically sit alone in a cubicle while the sales guy takes the numbers to the big guy in a back office somewhere? How often do car customers actually even shake hands with the manager who holds the power of 'the deal" in his hands? How often are customers ready to walk out from fatigue and frustration?) We were able to quickly agree on meeting half-way between my proposed "out the door right now" offer and the dealership's interests. My trade-in also received due consideration even though it was a 2004 model and unlikely to be a hot ticket item for other buyers! After about 30 minutes from gathering info for financing application and receiving the thumbs up, I was signing papers and doing a happy dance in my head. It took a few more minutes for the make-ready team to wash and prepare the car for me and head off. Start to finish, around 3 hours of my day. I felt that my budget was respected, my voice had been heard, and that they were truly interested in helping me to reach my vehicle goal rather than just being focused on closing the deal. Rob and Ryan are wonderful to work with; knowledgeable, patient, and courteous in a Southern gentleman sort of way. These folks are truly professionals in every sense of the word. I would definitely do business with them again. With highest regards, mh More
