Over The Top Firstly, my experience with this dealership was phenomenal. I have had a beater for the last 3 years and it was nickle and dime-ing me to death so my wallet was liking me less and less with each passing month. I had worked with them for a long time and the thing that struck me, in the best way, was their inability to mince their words. For me, at least, it was a refreshing change from the usual. The gentlemen that I worked with through out remained patient and professionally fully answering every question I threw at them. That being said, If you require straight answers about your current vehicle or the one you plan to take jump in seek out TJ Ledbetter. He's my go to guy because between him and Terry there's nothing they can't manage. They will tell you like it is and recommend the best course of action whatever it may be but ultimately leave the decision in your hands as to what would work best for you. Chris Paine knows all of the in's and out's when it comes to the specifics of each individual and assisted, along with Greg, pinning down exactly what I not only wanted but needed while keeping me within the budget I set. They took the time to take care of me so far as to say that if it isn't on the lot now come back within a week or we will let you know when it comes through. In particular, Gus Trombley stood by me through out the whole process patiently and knowledgeably meeting my every need. Having been a Marine himself he understands what it can be like and taking the time to ensure his own get everything they possibly can. This man goes out of his way to ensure your leaving satisfied within the realm of vehicles. mention that Vlad sent you they are very familiar with me. I left with my fully loaded 2013 VW Passat and it went above and well beyond my needs even staying below my budget. If you ever need anything I will always make myself available as I do not like mincing my words and if you need a second opinion do not hesitate to tell them to get a hold of Vlad. Things have changed drastically since new management arrived We bought a new 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership, because the service department has always treated us with respect; they were honest and fair i We bought a new 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership, because the service department has always treated us with respect; they were honest and fair in dealing with maintenance on our 2006 Honda Civic. However, things have changed, and I mean not in a good way. On 4/20/2015, we took our 2014 Honda Accord in for scheduled oil & filter change and tire rotation. The service consultant (Robbie Castro) greeted me as I walking toward the service area; he obtained the car mileage (14,140); we went in the service area, and - as he started to write up the service order - he said, "We recommend that you use the 'Total Oil System Service and the Fuel Induction Service products to keep your car running smoothly." (These are Justice Brothers Car Care products. The Total Oil System Service cost about $150 and the Fuel Induction Service is about $165.) I asked the service consultant if Honda recommended this, and he was vague in his response. So I called Parker Honda in Morehead City (We bought several Hondas from them over the years.) to see if they if they were pan-handling this stuff as well. Parker Honda's answer was they would not recommend it, because Honda Corp has not recommended it. I declined both Justice Brother products and settled for a basic oil and filter change. After the service was completed and while I was paying bill, I asked the service consultant a few more questions, and found out they recommend an Automatic Transmission Service. (This is also a Justice Brother product for $179 and recommended every 30,000 miles.) When I pressed him about the Total Oil System Service, he said I really didn't need it because I get my oil changed regularly. So what is my complaint? Lejeune Honda Cars - service - isn't as honest or straight forward as they used to be. They now will sell you products you don't need nor are the products recommend by Honda Corp. More
