When I opened the door a prompt and friendly service advisor came with clipboard in hand ready to help me with whatever his proud customer needed (luckily it was just a regular oil change and tire rotation). He jotted down my information in a jiffy. In less than 5 minutes my car was getting serviced. I was even offered complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all service was fast, easy and accurate. The team at Lejeune Honda Jacksonville is friendly and professional. Thank you. More

He really broke it down and even drew a picture to better help me understand the need for the future maintenance to keep our Honda running in top condition. He and the other staff members are always pleasant and professional. Bill the shuttle driver typically shuttles me to work but he already had a customer ahead of me that needed to get home so another employee ( I wish I could remember his name) used his own vehicle to get me to work so I wouldn't be late. Awesome group of service people, I hope Honda appreciates everything they do each and everyday! More

Fit me right in I was dropping my wife's car off for a service appointment for the next day. I was planning on using their shuttle van for a ride home, then again th I was dropping my wife's car off for a service appointment for the next day. I was planning on using their shuttle van for a ride home, then again the following day when the work was done. They were able to get it right in for the service and in less than an hour I was driving home. I was thankful and impressed. More

I experienced that this past Monday and Heather and Robbie could not have been more helpful over the past four days in getting my 2001 Honda Civic up and operational again. From replacing a dead battery that was still under warranty from Honda, to talking me through the process of checking fuses to diagnosis the problem, I was never made to feel as though I could not call and ask for assistance. Some service departments could have simply said to have my car towed in and they would evaluate the problem from there. Robbie took the time and effort to think about the customer (me) and not simply making money for the Company and wasting my time. He made suggestions to check certain things after my car battery was replaced and the car still would not start. If it was not for his patience and thoughtfulness, I could have been out $230.00+, not just the $8.00+ to replace the battery fuse. Lejeune Honda, you have my business forever or until I PCS again. I sincerely appreciate all of the Service Departments assistance in what was a really frustrating situation for me. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to both Heather and Robbie. A job well done. Twice in one day After having my battery checked at the local Auto Zone and being told it was fine I took my Honda Pilot to Lejeune Honda because it was still needing After having my battery checked at the local Auto Zone and being told it was fine I took my Honda Pilot to Lejeune Honda because it was still needing a jump to start. Heather Dye was very helpful and the service department was prompt. I was informed that after a more thorough battery test it was indeed a bad battery cell and nothing major. She gave me the cost of a new battery but I wanted to check to see if I still had a warranty on the current battery with Auto Zone. Upon finding out it would benefit me more to get the new battery at LeJeune Honda I then called back and Heather said to come on back and they would take care of it. I think between the 2 visits that day I may have spent about 30 minutes there. Great job to all involved in my visit. Dana Brown More
