Bait and switch, don’t go here Last week we stopped by and asked to see a used odyssey van. The salesman said he had one in stock but that he just got it in and it wasn’t clean. It was so dirty it had dog hair everywhere and Cheetos still inside it. But he told us it was dirty, so that was ok. He told us it was $22,300. We told him we are very interested and to give us a call when they detail it. We’ve been talking to the same salesman all week about it. We even had him text us the price of the van. $22,300. We go in today, get switched to another salesman and start the paperwork. When the deal comes back they bait and switch us. They wanted over $30,00!!!! Which was no where NEAR where we were. We even showed them the texts from our initial salesman Alex. We saw the text message that Alex initially showed us that his manager sent him for this van. So when they tried to tell us that it was on another van and tried to pin it on our “inexperienced salesman” I was very annoyed. We left immediately. I’ll can 100% say that I would never trust these people. I went in with a five month old, and two year old and a seventeen year old. It was a complete waste of time. I feel like this is a very common theme with dealers in Jacksonville. More
