When I opened the door a prompt and friendly service advisor came with clipboard in hand ready to help me with whatever his proud customer needed (luckily it was just a regular oil change and tire rotation). He jotted down my information in a jiffy. In less than 5 minutes my car was getting serviced. I was even offered complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all service was fast, easy and accurate. He and the other staff members are always pleasant and professional. Bill the shuttle driver typically shuttles me to work but he already had a customer ahead of me that needed to get home so another employee ( I wish I could remember his name) used his own vehicle to get me to work so I wouldn't be late.
