Granddaughter's 16th birthday gift. The BEST SUV out there! ONLY looked at web, for HONDA dealers in Jacksonville area. ONLY found what we wanted at Lejeune Honda, our granddaughter lives in Jacksonville, and ONLY looked at web, for HONDA dealers in Jacksonville area. ONLY found what we wanted at Lejeune Honda, our granddaughter lives in Jacksonville, and my wife said she wanted to buy her a car, as she had told her it would be great to turn 16 and see 'her' car in the driveway!!! I initially spoke with Kelly, the internet guru, she and I decided which CRVs would workout, as I have owned two, and just bought my new 2017 Touring Model, here in Texas! Kelly is AWESOME!!!! She then introduced me to our salesperson, Whitney. She 'took control' of the deal and we worked out a scheme to surprise our granddaughter!!! I told Whitney I had no patience for the 'I will talk to my manager' routine, so, once I told her what we would pay, for either of two CRVs we were considering, she put me in touch with Dave, her manager!!!! IT WAS PAINLESS! We both agreed on pricing, and made our deal!!! The last person I spoke to was Justin, the 'Money Man', and made final arrangements for payment, and discussed TT&L, etc. He was GREAT, also!!! If I lived in the Jacksonville area, like I did back in 1968, while stationed at Camp Lejeune, and not here, outside of Dallas, Texas, THEY are the ONLY Honda dealer I would deal with!!!! Oh, I am a CRV driver for life!!!! Now, I hope our granddaughter will be too! I know she loves the one she got last night! I went to the dealership with cashier's check in hand. When I arrived I was not dealing with the internet rep but a floor salesman (a nice guy). When they showed me their price it was $2000 more than the price I had been offered over the Internet, including a mandatory $1,000 charge for dealer upgrades (floor mats, protective coating). I needed a shower when finished. Make sure to ask about the mandatory $1,000 charge on the cars. More

Went to the shop, they first said valve cover eventhough the leak was below the cover on the pasenger side of the engine, continued to leak, then they said it was the oil plug possibly, third time and finally the master mechanic said it was the vtec solenoid gasket. Replaced the whole system and the leak stopped instantly. The master mechanic certainly know's his hondas. The General Manager Bill Bowen truly cares about how the dealership operates and will work with you to ensure you have a great experience. More
