Replaced the whole system and the leak stopped instantly. The master mechanic certainly know's his hondas. By far, the best dealership experience ever! I went to Lejeune Honda to look at a particular pre-owned vehicle for myself and for my mother to purchase her Honda off lease. From the moment we stepped into the dealership we were greeted with such professionalism. We had an appt with Rob Crandall in sales. He was very honest and upfront in telling us that he was running behind with a client, but was prepared by pulling up the vehicle I was there to see. He continuously checked back with us to let us know he was almost done which was greatly appreciated. At the same time, Eddy Solis, the sales mgr. approached us with a big smile. He stepped in right away and started to go to work on my moms deal. Shortly after, Rob was done with his client and between the two of them they were able to get everything done in a timely manner. There was another dealership holding the vehicle hostage and would not give it up. Chris was able to keep his cool and was able to put up with my impatient butt of constantly texting him for updates. After the first couple of days of the dealership in Greenville not wanting to give up the car, I was feeling hopeless. Chris did not give up and still pursued the dealership but at the same time helped me look into more options for other vehicles. It came down to Friday, while I was busy at work. I was starting to feel hopeless about not getting the car, until I received an exciting phone call from Chris. The phone call put a huge smile on my face because I just received the great news. That news was that Chris got the car I wanted. Even my wife said she could hear my voice in excitement and thought it was cute. I got a great deal for an amazing car that I wanted and needed for my family. I could not be more happier. Especially a car that was hard to get in manual transmission.
