John was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable and at no time ever made me feel pressured with having to make a descision. That in itself deserves 5 stars. In addition, John took the time to go over everything on the vehicle of interest and explain some features in depth to better understand. In the end, a vehicle purchase resulted. Prior to leaving the dealership, John again went over vehicle features making sure I had all questions answered and assisted setting up features new to me. Because of John and other Scaffidi team members I met along the way, they ended up making this vehicle purchasing experience the most pleasant I’ve ever had.
