Got it home and my insurance company got the truck info and gave me a copy of car fax. It had 3 owners and an accident, far from 1 owner clean history. Left the salesman several messages and a few emails and no response back. I wanted to know what they were going to do to make it right. I would not have paid 50k for a 3 owner vehicle with accident history. It wasn’t until I emailed the owner of the dealership (his email is on their website) that I got a call back. I explained to the salesman what was going on and he said it was out of his area of control so to speak and need to speak to his boss who was out on vacation. He told me he’d be back in 3 days and would contact me right away. Fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing. Sent more emails to salesman and he said Greg should be calling me but I’ve yet to hear from him. I drove to this dealer from Green Bay because they had the truck I was looking for and I thought since they were a franchise ford dealer I was working with a reputable dealer but I was wrong. Be careful when dealing here and do your research because once you leave they are done wanting anything to do with you. Don’t get screwed like I did. More

Bought a new VW Jetta in Oct. Have ran into an issue with my panoramic sunroof exploding/shattering. Luckily I am able to bring my car back to get serviced and repaired here. Wasted a week of my time I was going to buy a Ford Escape and was told that the car would be ready for pick up at 3PM on Monday 7/27/20. I went to the dealership with check in I was going to buy a Ford Escape and was told that the car would be ready for pick up at 3PM on Monday 7/27/20. I went to the dealership with check in hand for the car and they wouldn't let me take the car because they said there was a recall and Ford didn't have the fix out for it yet. The next day they said they were still waiting on the fix then Wednesday I went there and they said no fix. I decided to talk to another dealership and was informed that there was in fact a recall on the 2020 Escape but that Ford had the fix out on Monday the 27th. So I ended up buying from the other deal not sure why Scaffidi did want to sell the car my guess is maybe they quoted me a too low of price. I was on vacation and planing on taking the new Escape to visit my brother in Missouri but after wasting most of the week with Scaffidi I don't have enough time to make the trip. More

I was in for an oil change and spoke with Joey about it and he said that he would get t I had an issue with a part that broke and we didn't know why. I was in for an oil change and spoke with Joey about it and he said that he would get the part ordered. While I was waiting for the oil change to get done, I was notified that the part was on it's way. We scheduled a time to get the work done, I dropped my vehicle off and it was taken care of in short order. I received a call from Joey letting me know the work was done and the part was replaced under warranty. Another unexpected surprise! Thanks For taking good care of my vehicle! More
