I was also presented the numbers so I didn't have to sit and wait for the sales team to go back and forth. I was fortunate to get a gentleman by the name of John Russell. We went for a test drive in my soon to be 2012 Toyota Camry XLE hybrid. John was very professional, as well as, knowledgeable throughout the entire drive. What impressed me most was his patience when explaining to me how the touch screen sound system with blue tooth operated. It was my first experience with one. I believe his explanation of the sound system was longer than the actual ride. If and when I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely walk in your front door and ask to see John Russell.
