It was a fast process. Chevy Cruze Had a good experience. The car I bought was recommended by the salesman after I came in looking at another car. This one fit my needs. Only drawback w Had a good experience. They gave me a new set of generic ones, but I will have to go out an buy some as these do not fit the car. More

Why not Scaffidi's?! I was able to call ahead and let the used sales department know what I was looking for, my trade and my budget. This drastically cut down on my actual I was able to call ahead and let the used sales department know what I was looking for, my trade and my budget. This drastically cut down on my actual time at the dealership. When I arrived they had 2 vehicles ready that fit my needs and budget for a test drive. I was also presented the numbers so I didn't have to sit and wait for the sales team to go back and forth. They were willing to negotiate to meet my needs and give me a fair price that I felt comfortable with. I love buying from local businesses and was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. If you want old fashion customer service, able to feel like family as a customer in a clean, organized dealership than Scaffidi's is the hometown dealership for you.
