He was very personable and we were very comfortable with Joseph. We had to come in the next day to purchase our car and he called us that night to tell us everything that we needed so that their was no problems the next ay and everything went smooth. Had some trouble with the CPO car at first but. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle which had some issues during the test drive but loved the car so asked them to fix the problems and call me. Had another issue during the 2nd test drive - again they fixed it, and after another test drive I purchased the car. Unhfortunately the issues were back after 1 week so I dropped the car off and told them to keep it until the car was fixed. They arranged for a rental (at my request) but I had to push and make several calls before they agreed to take the car in immediately to fix it. Jessica was my service contact and handled the problem professionally. I have had the car back for almost 2 weeks and all is fixed and running fine. Will Poole was my salesperson - he knew the car well, explained everything to me, worked closely with me to fix the problems and kept me informed. Came in on his day off to be there when I picked up the car. He was the shining star in this scenario. Bottom line, it took the service department 3 times to correct the original problems I felt during the test drive which was very frustrating, although they did finally get it right . More
