He was very personable and we were very comfortable with Joseph. We had to come in the next day to purchase our car and he called us that night to tell us everything that we needed so that their was no problems the next ay and everything went smooth. Top notch dealership I have owned several different makes and models of vehicles in the past. I must say, My experience at Stevens Ford was better than some of my encounters at "luxury brand" dealerships. So much so that less than six months after I picked up my new car I was back with my wife to pick up one for her. I'd definitely recommend them. More
Sneaky, and illegal information given I was given advice that was illegal by a salesperson who told me I could play videos in my entertainment system and watch them while driving. We pressed him and he said it was fine. called Ford and they said that it is illegal, and will burn out your screen. He also tried to lock me into a car without my even knowing it. I didn't like the color and he tried to get me to order a car just to drive it and take a look. I was suspicious of his denying it would lock me into the deal, and found out later it would have. So sneaky, and there is a list of other misinformation I didn't list here. Made me so uncomfortable, and when I went elsewhere I got honest answers, and a better deal on a NEWER model. I'll never look back. More
Had some trouble with the CPO car at first but. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle which had some issues during the test drive but loved the car so asked them to fix the problems and call me. Had another issue during the 2nd test drive - again they fixed it, and after another test drive I purchased the car. Unhfortunately the issues were back after 1 week so I dropped the car off and told them to keep it until the car was fixed. They arranged for a rental (at my request) but I had to push and make several calls before they agreed to take the car in immediately to fix it. Jessica was my service contact and handled the problem professionally. I have had the car back for almost 2 weeks and all is fixed and running fine. Will Poole was my salesperson - he knew the car well, explained everything to me, worked closely with me to fix the problems and kept me informed. Came in on his day off to be there when I picked up the car. He was the shining star in this scenario. Bottom line, it took the service department 3 times to correct the original problems I felt during the test drive which was very frustrating, although they did finally get it right . More

Took a while but worth the wait. Bought a used BMW through Joe Hudak at Stevens. Had a tire pressure sensor issue during test drive. Thought it had been resolved at pick up but it pe Bought a used BMW through Joe Hudak at Stevens. Had a tire pressure sensor issue during test drive. Thought it had been resolved at pick up but it persisted. Stevens took it back for service provided me with a rental, Joanne in Service stayed in contact with me almost daily with updates, resolved issue and stood by their commitment to provide excellent service. They made the whole process super easy and convenient for US. The car is beautiful and the price was exactly what we were looking for. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience.
