He had told me I had negative equity without really seeing what he can do for me. Now on to Steven's. They brought me inside and had menough test driving a new vehicle within 15 min. They were able to take my trade in vehicle and accommodate my financial situation on a new vehicle. I recommend this dealership 10 times out of 10. They definitely put their customers first More

The process from greeting upon entry, to coordinating with the sales/finance team, through product delivery was fantastic. Jimmy Puglisi and Joseph Hudak did a fantastic job showing me the vehicle and explaining the features. The financing/leasing process was transparent and straightforward with professional and courteous individuals. Carlos Trindade was very organized and quick when walking us through the paperwork and signatures. We walked in at 2:15 PM and walked out with a new cleaned and polished vehicle by 6:00 PM and that included about 30 minutes of a very thorough product delivery feature walk through. We would definitely purchase another vehicle at Stevens and love our new Lincoln. More
