They did the work they agreed to do in a timely fashion. No problems with stevens the dealership. Ford however wouldn’t replace a battery on 3year old truck with 29,000 miles. Experience has been good. Only problem every time they add DEF fluid it always spilled down the side of my truck. I bought the 2020 Escape the other day, and had forgotten that I had my credit report blocked to prevent identity theft, and Stevens made it work, anyway. Their service department is awesome; I couldn't ask for better. They always explain what they've found, and if I need a rental, even at their expense, they always call across the street to Enterprise and make it happen.
