So sorry to hear you are upset, but your GMC Acadia requires ACDELCO GM OE DEXOS1 FULL SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL which is very expensive. This oil is more expensive, caused in part because of the explosive inflation that has effected everything all of us buy. Travis discussed this with your wife before we changed your oil and she gave us the ok to proceed. We are sorry that your GMC dealer did not warn you about the high cost associated with the maintenance of your GMC vehicle. Your Ford that you had uses a synthetic blend of oil which is less expensive and more pocket book friendly. We would be happy to go over the bill in more detail if you will call us at 580-237-3040 and ask for Mike Davis or Travis.
