Stevens Creek Toyota has consistently given me outstanding service. When my brand new 2010 Prius was stolen and vandalized just a few months after I bought it, they worked on it for weeks and bro outstanding service. When my brand new 2010 Prius was stolen and vandalized just a few months after I bought it, they worked on it for weeks and brought it back to perfection. And most recently, last week one of the headlights burnt out and I had to bring it in for replacement (unfortunately, headlights on a Prius are not an easy fix as they are on other cars). I tried to make an appointment to get it done but they had none left. The service person said to go ahead and try bringing the car in anyway. When I did so, they were absolutely swamped, with cars scheduled from the previous day still in queue for servicing. Yet, somehow they got me in and had the simple fix done in just over an hour and a half. The part was just a touch on the pricey side at $30 for the light (I tried to bring in my own light from an auto store, but turns out they sold me the wrong one). But still, I'd highly recommend them. It's best to make an appointment, and their online reservation system makes it simple. This is a place I intend to continue patronizing. Thanks, Stevens Creek! Was hesitant to take my car back to a dealer for service because dealerships seem to be more expensive. Anyway, that's what I learned from my previous experience with a Ford Dealer. Seventy bucks for a ligh because dealerships seem to be more expensive. Anyway, that's what I learned from my previous experience with a Ford Dealer. Seventy bucks for a light bulb? So, when my Prius lights went flaky, we waited a long time, checked the fuses and bulbs ourselves and finally went to Stevens Creek Toyota. The work was done in a timely manner, for HALF the price of my previous experience and THEY EVEN WASHED THE CAR! That never happened at Ford. Next time, I will not wait so long. We'll take it right in! The waiting room has all been redone and there's a salt-water fish tank that's more entertaining than any TV screen. We shopped the dealership floor and the accessories in the service department. Bathrooms were clean; there are vending machines, lots of leather-like chairs, 2 TV's and free WiFi and coffee. It was a pure pleasure to visit Stevens Creek Toyota that day. If you're hesitating, stop! Especially if your issue is a safety issue like mine was; you don't have to drive around like that! More
