I bought a used Nissan Altima from Toyota Dealer in Oct-2009. This car was Toyota Certified. I also bought extended warranty to be safe. After a year of driving this vehicle, I took this car to Ste Oct-2009. This car was Toyota Certified. I also bought extended warranty to be safe. After a year of driving this vehicle, I took this car to Steven Creek Toyota Service Center for scheduled maintenance and to investigate some noise in front passenger side. After Investigation they told me that there is some problem with engine shaft and I need to replace it and this will be covered under my warranty with $100 deductibles. I went ahead and did this plus there were some other fixes suggested, I did those too. The overall cost was around $575 on me and warranty covered around $700 Immediately after 1 week of this service I had a major engine break down due to leakage in radiator coolant. Due to this my radiator burst and temperature gauge showed full temp. My car stopped in middle of the road. Toyota Service center agreed to fix this radiator and leaking issue without charging me anything. But suddenly after 2 weeks of this again there was smoke coming out of the engine so, i took the car again to service center and they said that this time the radiator hose (which was changed last time) burst and they will replace the same but I will have to pay $70. I agreed but told them to check the car properly. They convinced me that they have done a regress pressure testing for almost 24 hours and car is all rock solid. Now after 4-5 weeks of this fix again I had the same problem of coolant leakage and car radiator burst with coolant spilled everywhere on engine. This happened in middle of the busy traffic road so, I have to drive around 1 mile to reach to a safe place. When I towed the car to Toyota Service center. They changed my radiator under part manufacture's warranty but still my engine did not start so, they full opened my engine to diagnose the problem. They noticed that Engine Gasket and engine have a major problem. They called Warranty people but warranty supervisor checked the engine and said they will not cover this engine failure since the car was drove more than permissible limit after overheat. Now Toyota service center is asking me to pay around $7000 to put some reused engine in my car or pay around $10K to put a new engine. I clearly told that this all started after the faulty part replacement at your place and you should give my car in running condition but they don't agree. More
I have worked with Eddie Violante as my Service Advisor for the past year and a half. He always seems to go above and beyond to advise me on the services needed and works to make it the most time efficien for the past year and a half. His service is the reason I have always come back to work with this dealership for service. With his well deserved promotion I had my first service with new team member Mike Schnur. I received the same great service, and attention to my concerns... What a great team! I will definitely continue to work with Mike and Eddie as his Supervisor for great continued service. More

He always knows what I'm talking about when I inquire about service/repairs. He treats me with respect and doesn't make me feel like a woman who knows nothing about cars. And, if repairs are needed, he gets me in and out as quickly as possible--and as expected. Last summer, I took my car in for a few (minor) recall notices. Kenny assessed the needs and had my vehicle taken care of right away. My needs lately have been for oil change & tire rotation. My car is always ready as promised--and usually with added touch of a carwash! You feel like an appreciated customer when you take your car to Stevens Creek Toyota. More

Dave was great in getting me checked in and set up for the required service as well a arranging a rental car. Jesus is the "rattle and sqweek" expert and he was able to pin point an unusual rattle that h the required service as well a arranging a rental car. They did a great job in communicating what needed to be done and delivered by car back to me when I needed it. - cleaner than when I dropped it off. They were friendly, helpful and the cost was lower than the original estimate. I would highly recommend Stevens Creek for anyone's service needs. More
We purchased our RAV 4 at Stevens Creek Toyota, we had a flat tire and went to walmart to fix the flat, we were not able to figure out how to reset the tire sensor light so my wife called the Dealer, the se flat tire and went to walmart to fix the flat, we were not able to figure out how to reset the tire sensor light so my wife called the Dealer, the service center advised my wife to bring in the car and he will be happy to show her how to reset the sensor light. I brought in the car to the Service Representative that spoke with my wife, he made me stand waiting for him for what seemed like five minutes, finally he asked how he could help me, I advised of his conversation with my wife and asked if he could show me how to reset the sensor. He told me that it would cost me $150 to look at the car but I told him that he advised he can show my wife how she can reset it so he told me to have my wife bring the car in and walked away. I will never purchase a car from this place again nor use their service, we took the car to Toyota Sunnyvale and they were happy to show us how to reset the sensor. More
This place is amazing. They always are so helpful! They are the only place I trust with my car, I've had some bad work done at some other place in the past. They almost always can fit me in for an oil chan are the only place I trust with my car, I've had some bad work done at some other place in the past. They almost always can fit me in for an oil change and basic maintanence for the same day if I call early enough. They usually do all the work while I wait. They even have a shuttle that can take me to work if I need it. They always wash my car too. I would reccomend anyone to this place! Love it! More

i find your dealership to be devious and underhanded. i have been lied to and i am now looking for another Toyota dealership to take my business to. Why you wonder well listen to this: My wife went to your website and answered all the questions for the cash for clunkers program, called and talked to the salesman Jason. He said no problem bring both your cars, one for CFC and the other as a trade-in. He then said we would be able to take the car(black Rav-4 4cyn 2.5 litre eng)home that night. So we took the 2 hour drive through rush hour traffic only to find that my truck did not qulify for cash for clunkers so no 4500.00 trade in. The sales manager said he would take the truck and our Fiesta and with the 1000.00 rebate gave us 5000. trade in value. Payments were supposed to be under 300.00 but was to be 317.00. Our next slap in the face was no Rav 4 it would be in the following thursday. So i have been driving my gas guzzler for a week and now i find out that the Rav 4 won't be in until maybe the first week in Sept. I beleive they knew all along that the car would not be in. I was lied to my face. Every time i listen to KFOX and hear how great Steve Cornelious is and Stevens Creek Toyota is i want to puke. I was misled by your website, lied to by the slaesman and sales manager and you want my business? i will let everybody i know about this and plan on sending a letter to my buddy Steve Finley at 7 On Your Side also.
