I took my Toyota Prius to Stevens Creek Toyota for scheduled maintenance this past weekend. An unexpected issue was found that was going to be costly to repair. I asked about using my 3rd party car scheduled maintenance this past weekend. An unexpected issue was found that was going to be costly to repair. I asked about using my 3rd party car service/repair warranty which is when “the complicated adventures “ began. Chris, my service advisor (669 288 9887), went above and beyond in assisting me. He was a great listener and able to understand what was needed for authorization, was flexible with the frequent changes, and when authorization was not granted, found a way to offer a discount option I qualified for. He returned calls promptly and was always kind and considerate during interactions. This was an example of outstanding customer service. More
Stevens Creek Toyota is a ripoff. They charge me 3x230 for diagnostics and they did not fix a single thing! They never got proper approval for 3 line items that was very obvious and They charge me 3x230 for diagnostics and they did not fix a single thing! They never got proper approval for 3 line items that was very obvious and instead of fixing them. We ask them to fix 1-window not going up and down or 2-sunroom switch not functioning and 3-Navigation touch screen glass replacement. So I was surprised with $780.00+ bill and about $690.00 is diagnostics only. Is this fair? They never got proper authorization while they claim that your wife has approved it. be careful with next time you take your car to them. I am very upset and not happy with their manipulation style. June 11, 2022- Upon arriving to the dealership, we parked in the visitor's parking. Mark Pascual immediately made me feel uncomfortable. After parking, my husband and I got out of the car to clean my one y in the visitor's parking. Mark Pascual immediately made me feel uncomfortable. After parking, my husband and I got out of the car to clean my one year old. This took approximately 10 minutes to do, all while Mark stood within 3 feet of us staring at us. I let that slide, because I did not know if they are required to come up to us as we arrive. I then stopped and uncomfortably said, "hi" to Mark. He was rude from the beginning, but I was unsure if he had a lack of pragmatics, so I continued talking to him. We walked indoors, and I started asking about the new car that runs on Hydrogen. I will be the first to admit I am not well versed in cars, so I started asking questions, such as, "I know the car runs on Hydrogen, but will it also run on gas?" He replied, "Hydrogen is a gas." I told him I understood that, but am confused because I've never seen a car like that before. He then said, "well yeah, it's electric." I asked what the difference between that car and a hybrid is. He replied, "well they're both electric just different." He said plenty other rude demeaning things to me, I finally discreetly asked him, "could you please get somebody else to help us? I don't like the way you are speaking to me." He then replied, "Sure, I'll get you a Spanish speaker." I was livid! My husband asked him why he would say such a thing to me. I told him, "I've been speaking English to you the whole time, and I think I speak it pretty well, especially as a Speech Language Pathologist, that was rude!" He then walked off and I had to find my own help. Needless to say, Toyota lost a sale on June 11, 2022. We had cash in hand to pay for a car in full. Instead, we went to Hyundai and bought a Tucson, all cash. It's sad that Mark Pascual judged a book by it's cover...your loss. More

Went into dealership with an appointment to test drive Sienna. Showed up and sales person was not available (no show). Another sales person helped me, but was NOT a good sales person. Did not have any Sienna. Showed up and sales person was not available (no show). Another sales person helped me, but was NOT a good sales person. Did not have any knowledge of how the hybrid worked or the regular maintenance schedule. Customer service was awful and people at the front desk, ignored me for 5 minutes, until I spoke up. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP... :( More

The desk (Marissa) confirmed that the charges for Diagnostics would be adjusted in the overall service cost. Shawn Kamal is my service advisor. He declined to adjust the money and further did not hesitate a bit to lie on their commitment, When asked for his Manager, a Jason came on the call and LIED in my face that the store's policy was not to adjust the diagnostics charges in overall service cost. VERY Unethical business and Don't mind Lying to your face!!!! More
