Several other dealers I talked with failed to even get back to me, let alone get back to me with a price. Upon arriving at the dealer, Alex was waiting. We took the car for a test drive and began the paperwork. There was no arm twisting, renegotiating price, or attempts to up-sell add-ons. I waited for the car to be washed and prepped and was on my way. It still took a couple hours, but that seems normal. I would recommend the dealer and salesman to anyone. I love the Prius V. More
