I only had to wait a few minutes until Cedric was there to start on my service request which was completed much sooner than I expected. I waited in the lounge area where I felt very comfortable. After my car was ready, Cedric described what services were completed the day I was there and what services could wait for another 3 to 6 months and why. Overall it was a very positive experience. More issues after service Brought my 2017 Forester (still within warranty) in with warring lights all came on. Not only the dealer didn't know the reason why and went ahead and replace the battery, my window was not rolling down and left a ding on passenger door and side mirror hub which require q week to repair. After week having it back, just realize my seat memory doesn't work ( will not memorize my seating position). Need to take more time off work to bring the car in for service that was not complete.
