I brought my car in for her first service. Jose greeted me and told me exactly what was going to be done to my car. Went for Oil change Hi Went for 12k mileage oil change and requested that I am getting only 23 MPG mileage. But at the end they just mentioned in the report that I need to use higher grade gas, no diagnostic testing. Only reason I bought this vehicle at the time of sales, I was told will 26 MPG in City and 32 MPG in Highway. It is no way near that advertised Mileage. Also my Gas cap is broken and they ordered part. I got email that Part is arrived and I called multiple time to schedule appointment, no luck so far. I am not happy with bot CAR and DELAR. and of course the Subaru Manufacture and EPA (government agency). I have already reported this mileage issue to EPA More
