Cedric was very professional, and courteous. All other employees seemed to be as well (opening doors for us etc.). Easily and consistently worst dealership experiences ever...speaking from dozens of experiences over many years. Although I bought my Forester from Stevens Creek Subaru a year ago, this was my first visit to their service facility, having logged only 6,000 miles during the last year. I've always been somewhat leery o year ago, this was my first visit to their service facility, having logged only 6,000 miles during the last year. I've always been somewhat leery of dealership service departments believing their sole reason for existence was to "upsell" unnecessary services. I can unequivocally state that is not the case with Stevens Creek Subaru. They did exactly what was needed to be done and didn't pressure me to purchase unnecessary services. They even managed to throw in some new wiper blades at NO CHARGE. I'll be back in another 6,000 miles!! More

The Service Advisor, Jose, was straight forward and frank about the needs of the car. He was quick to get back to us and was a good listener.
