DO NOT GO HERE. I was about to purchase my 3rd car from Steven's Creek Subari. I was straight forward with the salesman Jay I hate being lied to. Jay, the Finance ma I was about to purchase my 3rd car from Steven's Creek Subari. I was straight forward with the salesman Jay I hate being lied to. Jay, the Finance manger and Oscar lie religiously. Do they not think I have the internet. Jay said that he is only making 200 dollars of a new Crosstrek Sport which is 30k. Jay some many times said what can I do to make it right. The finance manager tried to hit me with 14 percent interest, Jay lied and said that those numbers are fixed. When I know for a FACT the FINANCE MANAGER CAN CHANGE THE PERCENTAGE OF THE INTEREST. I CALLED SUBARU OF AMERICA THEY CAN CONFIRM. Jay lied to me so many times. Then he tried to manipulate me and my wife by saying I am RUDE. Then when it came down to my trade in they told me I would have equity,. That didnt happen, then after I told Jay several times I WOULD NOT BUY ANY GAP OR OTHER SERVICE, THE FINACE MANAGER CAME TO THE DESK WITH GAP IN THE QUOTE. I WALKED. If someone who is in his 60's lies that much it's a RED FLAG. I WILL NOT BUY MY 3RD SUBARU FROM STEVEN'S CREEK. PS THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU More

I contacted by Jay Vaswani, a sales guy from Steven Creek Subaru. He helped me to book the car which was in transit and gave me updates frequently on it. he contacted immediately when a similar car arrived s Subaru. although it was a busy Monday when we went, the staff greeted us with pleasant attitude and the car maintenance itself didn’t take long. My mom and I stopped for pizza next door, as we waited we proceeded to walk by the dealership to check out the cars, we were not planning on purchasing a vehicle, we were also dressed very casual and not at. proceeded to walk by the dealership to check out the cars, we were not planning on purchasing a vehicle, we were also dressed very casual and not at. all presentable, we had just been at the hospital with my mother receiving her chemotherapy treatment, however Ben, came out to greet us, he was very attentive and treated us with kindness and respect, not worrying about how we looked. This made us very comfortable and more willing to look into the vehicle further, at no time did he pressure us into buying anything. His customer service was top notch, we were also introduced to the Manager and he explained cost, interest and payments. They were very professional and kind, I was worried about my mother and how she was feeling however they made her comfortable and kept checking to make sure she was ok. The process was quick and efficient and I am very impressed with the level of customer service they provided. My mom is very happy with the new car and glad we got to share this experience together.
