This dealer ship parts return polices is not posted in the parts department, nor do the employees inform customers of the policy before they process payment for the parts. This is very deceptive business the parts department, nor do the employees inform customers of the policy before they process payment for the parts. This is very deceptive business practice. I would not do business with this dealership! Oh by the way Subaru of America is just as bad! They would not help me get a refund for a part I don't need, even though they agreed the dealer should have inform me of the return policy. More

Subaru doesn't mark up prices like many others do. The exact model/trim I was looking for was available in two colors. Hamid was great to work with.
