I took my new 2019 Subaru ascent in for the one year service and told the service tech who helped me that I also wanted to have them check my MPG gage because it was not working and it always showed 21. service and told the service tech who helped me that I also wanted to have them check my MPG gage because it was not working and it always showed 21.2 MPG and never changes like it did months before. The tech said to wait till next service appointment and see if it begins to work during that time. Also, included in the first check up they should have replaced the cabin filter but, but it was not changed. The dealership sent me a letter a week later saying that it should be changed. Why they did not change it when I took my vehicle in I don’t know. I live in a Gilroy, so it’s not very convenient whenever my vehicle needs service. More

Cedric was professional and courteous and everything was on time. He went over the checklist and also helped me set the right date and time in my car. Quick Service I had a service appointment for recall items and some routine maintenance. I was immediately welcomed when I pulled in. I only had to wait a few minut I had a service appointment for recall items and some routine maintenance. I was immediately welcomed when I pulled in. I only had to wait a few minutes until Cedric was there to start on my service request which was completed much sooner than I expected. I waited in the lounge area where I felt very comfortable. After my car was ready, Cedric described what services were completed the day I was there and what services could wait for another 3 to 6 months and why. Overall it was a very positive experience.
