Although I bought my Forester from Stevens Creek Subaru a year ago, this was my first visit to their service facility, having logged only 6,000 miles during the last year. I've always been somewhat leery of dealership service departments believing their sole reason for existence was to "upsell" unnecessary services. I can unequivocally state that is not the case with Stevens Creek Subaru. They did exactly what was needed to be done and didn't pressure me to purchase unnecessary services. They even managed to throw in some new wiper blades at NO CHARGE. I'll be back in another 6,000 miles!! More

But be careful, after Taz was done his part, a manage looking person come to congratulate us to buy a new car, he recommended us the maintenance package $1900, my husband and I said "we will keep that in mind...all right, all right (causal talking), he took it as "Yes" we agreed with that. When we went thru the paperwork with the financing department, we saw $1900 was included. We were upset about it. Of course, the person from financing department made correction right away. However, we were not happy about the way he handled it. Make sure you check all the numbers. More
