The sales people I dealt with were friendly enough, but I would not recommend this dealer. One new car in the lot had a big dent and I found out mine had a scratch that I didn't realize right away. The sales people are very aggressive and play a real cat and mouse game. They are determined to get you to pay too much for the car you want, but they are more agressive than other dealerships. I had to argue just to get them to start talking MSRP and below. They added on stuff at the dealer and marked the sticker price of those options 10 to 20x the actual cost. For example, for bumper accesory that cost 40 dollars, they labelled it as 400 dollars. I wish I had seen this review site before I bought my car here.
