When my transportation department got they, they refused to released the car for some bogus reason . They wanted me to signed another contract with a different lender so they can make more money. Mind me, I had already signed one, they had the money in hand. The car didn’t belong to them anymore. I am now filing a lawsuit/complaint against them. Save your self some peace of mind and stay away from these thieves! More

They truly seemed more interested in working with my husband and I than simply making a sale. There were no sales gimmicks that I have encountered in the past at other places. Zeynep was knowledgeable in the car we were interested in. Guillermo checked in with us a few times throughout the process. Both were happy and able to answer any questions we had. During the process, we also worked with an associate named Sean. He handled all the paperwork and the purchase itself. During the process, we chatted with him and found that he has a long history in the business and has experience in various departments. He actually shared a lot of very interesting insights into car maintenance and manufacturing. So overall, it was a great experience! We worked with three people, Guillermo, Zeynep, and Sean and all three were wonderful to work with. Definitely felt like it was a trustworthy and helpful team. More
